Na última terça-feira (20), o diretor de futebol do Vila Nova, Carlos Frontini, confirmou a contratação de mais um atacante. Com atuação no futebol argentino, Guilherme Parede chega ao Tigre como novo reforço do clube para 2023. A saber, Frontini destacou a chegada do jogador como um dos dois nomes de setor ofensivo a serem buscados. Esse segundo, ainda que sem confirmação, pode ser o atacante Lourenço, que atuava pelo Avaí no acesso.
Pelo Talleres, time argentino, Parede foi emprestado ao Vasco. Logo depois, na última temporada, o jogador disputou a Série A pelo Juventude, em 29 partidas.
Frontini destaca características do novo atacante do Vila
Destacando a velocidade e condição de bola, o diretor afirma ser o perfil de jogador do qual o clube precisa. Além disso, disse ser Parede uma peça que o clube já negociava há um tempo, mas que, pelo vínculo com o time da Argentina, a transferência internacional não é tão simples.
O novo atacante chega ao Vila Nova como mais um nome disponível para o técnico Claudinei Oliveira no setor ofensivo, podendo atuar pelos lados direito e esquerdo. Segundo o diretor do clube, possivelmente no dia dois de janeiro Parede inicia o treinamento com o Colorado.
