O Atlético-GO realizou hoje o último treino antes da viagem para as duas partidas fora de casa e a equipe está focada na luta contra o rebaixamento. Após semana intensa de treinos e testes em campo, Eduardo Baptista confirmou que pode aproveitar certas variações no próximo jogo, contra o Corinthians.
“A gente trabalhou bastante, né? Treinamos muitas variações, algumas podem acontecer principalmente em cima do jogo do Corinthians mas pra nossa sequência. Era no intuito de dar confiança pra eles, trabalhamos bastante finalização, trabalhamos bastante o sistema defensivo. Pra gente ganhar confiança e conseguir um resultado positivo em São Paulo, que muda bastante as projeções. A gente vai pra uma viagem, dois jogos fora. E a gente precisa voltar com alguns pontos na nossa mala.”
Em informações apuradas pelo jornalista Bruno Daniel, das Feras do Esporte, o técnico Eduardo Baptista dará prioridade aos jogadores que demonstraram vontade em tirar o time da atual situação. Aqueles que não demonstrarem, não serão utilizados. Contando com estes requisitos, nota-se a ausência dos jogadores Marlon Freitas, Hayner e Jorginho, que não estão entre os titulares.

Logo após, ao ser perguntado sobre as escolhas e mudanças nos últimos treinos, o técnico afirmou ser fundamental observar quem está melhor nos aspectos táticos, técnicos e psicológico.
“Nós fizemos uma troca na defesa muito pelo jogo do Corinthians. Corinthians é um time que tem uma bola parada muito forte né? E o Wanderson é um dos melhores homens nossos defensivamente então a gente posicionou bem ali pra tentar neutralizar essas jogadas. E a volta do do Luiz Fernando, um jogador experiente, um jogador que que tem tem um peso importante, tem um know-how grande. Pra um jogo desse lá em São Paulo é importante”, completou Eduardo Baptista.
Por fim, Eduardo falou sobre a atuação de Shaylon, peça importante no primeiro semestre do clube, e ressaltou a importância do jogador para o Dragão, mesmo fora da equipe titular.
“Em algum momento o Corinthians fatalmente vai empurrar a gente um pouquinho pra trás e o Airton é o cara que a gente vai ter essa saída rápida. Então é opção tática só, mas o Shaylon ele está dentro de um contexto. Eu tenho a minha confiança, foi titular em dois jogos, entrou em outros dois, três jogos. Acho que em todos jogos ele ainda entrou comigo aqui, a gente tem a confiança, hora como titular, hora entrando durante os jogos.”
