Como informado em primeira mão pelas Feras do Esporte, o atleta Sousa renovou para mais um ano com o Vila Nova. O atleta concedeu entrevista coletiva nesta terça–feira, na qual deu detalhes sobre a renovação e falou sobre a expectativa para o próximo ano no clube goiano. Confira!
A renovação foi divulgada nesta terça-feira (08), após o fim do Campeonato Brasileiro Série B. O volante firmou o compromisso com o clube até o fim do ano que vem. Assim, Sousa relata que deu prioridade ao Tigrão e gostou da proposta feita pela diretoria.
“Quando a gente estava em uma situação complicada, eu fui questionado sobre uma possível renovação. Eu falei que teria que dar prioridade ao Vila e foi isso que eu fiz. Conversei com o meu empresário e a gente deu prioridade em escutar primeiro o Vila e gostamos da proposta que foi feita. Entramos em negociação e eu gostei do clube e da cidade também, minha família está bem. Então, decidimos ficar aqui por mais um ano, espero que possamos ficar por mais tempo. Mas, a principio foi a renovação de um ano.”
Sousa revela expectativas para o próximo ano do Vila Nova
Sousa chegou ao Vila no meio da temporada, em um momento crítico do clube. No primeiro turno da Série B, o Colorado estava na lanterna, com apenas uma vitória e uma grande sequência de derrotas. No entanto, a diretoria do Tigre acredita que o próximo ano poderá ser melhor para a equipe, diante da boa campanha no returno.
A respeito da campanha do próximo ano, o volante comentou: “A expectativa de todos é que tenhamos um próximo ano melhor. Também espero que seja, mas precisamos saber que, temos mais uma temporada difícil no próximo ano. Vão ter outras equipes disputando a mesma competição com os mesmos objetivos. Então, que a gente possa fazer um ano melhor, esperamos que a gente consiga conquistar os objetivos que serão traçados.” afirmou o jogador.
