Atlético-GO perde mais um jogador por lesão; saiba detalhes

Nesta quinta-feira (4), o Atlético-GO atualizou as informações sobre a situação de Ronaldo, que foi substituído no 1º tempo contra o Nacional-URU, pela Sul-Americana. Com uma lesão no ombro, o goleiro não atua mais nesta temporada e já está em fase pré-operatória, que deve ficar fora dos gramados por cerca de quatro meses. Contudo, no treinamento desta quinta-feira (4), o recém contratado Emerson Santos, que chegou semana passada, se lesionou.
Segundo informação de Pedro Henrique Geninho, das Feras do Esporte da BandNews 90.7 FM, o zagueiro saiu carregado do campo de treinamento. Entretanto, o jogador, que estava no futebol japonês, ainda não estreou com a camisa do Atlético-GO, realizou exames, porém ainda não foi divulgado o grau da lesão e o período de recuperação do atleta.

Revelado pelo Botafogo, Emerson Santos subiu para o profissional do Alvinegro em 2015, onde atuou 61 jogos, marcou um gol e conquistou a Série B. Dois anos depois, o Palmeiras contratou o jogador, que jogou duas partidas e foi emprestado ao Internacional. No Colorado, disputou 19 partidas e balançou as redes duas vezes.
Em 2020, Emerson retornou ao Palmeiras e esteve em 21 partidas, além de marcar um gol. Pelo Alviverde, o zagueiro conquistou a Libertadores e Copa do Brasil. Assim, no ano seguinte, o jogador acertou a sua ida para o Kashiwa Reysol, do Japão, e entrou em 10 partidas na última temporada na Liga Japonesa.

No sábado (6), o Atlético-GO recebe o RB Bragantino, às 19h, no Estádio Antônio Accioly. Após isso, o Dragão enfrenta o Nacional-URU, na terça-feira (9), às 19h15, pela Sul-Americana, no Serra Dourada. Logo após, o Rubro Negro Goiano visita o Botafogo, no sábado (13), às 21h (todos no horário de Brasília).
