Após tatuar escudo do Flamengo, Michael faz homenagem ao Goiás e a Hailé Pinheiro
Campeão saudita com o Al-Hilal, o atacante está de férias no Brasil
Após ser campeão saudita pelo Al-Hilal, Michael está de férias no Brasil e desembarcou na última terça-feira (28) em Goiânia. Nesse ínterim, o atacante esteve em um estúdio de tatuagem para marcar na pele o amor e carinho pelo Goiás, que o revelou nacionalmente em 2019. Além disso, o jogador também tatuou uma homenagem a Hailé Pinheiro e uma homenagem ao Flamengo, onde destacou na temporada passada.
Nascido em Poxoréu, no Mato Grosso do Sul, Michael chegou ao Goiás do Goianésia em 2017. Assim, o atacante se destacou na campanha do Esmeraldino na Série A, onde o clube encerrou na 10ª colocação. Após isso, o jogador contratado pelo Flamengo, teve altos e baixos, mas conseguiu dar a volta por cima e acabou sendo peça fundamental para Renato Gaúcho na temporada de 2021.

Sobre a homenagem ao Goiás e a Goiânia, Michael falou sobre o amor que tem pela cidade. Ainda assim, o atacante destacou a gratidão que tem ao clube a cidade em entrevista ao GE:
“Goiânia é o mundo pra mim. Tenho muito carinho por essa cidade e pelas pessoas que aqui estão. Sou matogrossense, mas fiz de Goiânia minha residência. Amo estar aqui e queria gravar no meu corpo tudo que me representa, então tatuei o símbolo do Goiás e Goiânia. Sou grato“, disse.
Michael voltará ao Brasil?
No Al-Hilal desde janeiro de 2022, Michael vem sendo importante na equipe de Ramón Díaz. Ao todo, o atacante marcou três gols e deu quatro assistências na reta final da temporada saudita. Ainda assim, o jogador tem a companhia do brasileiro Matheus Pereira, que foi revelado pelo Sporting, de Portugal, no Blue. Sobre voltar algum dia para o Brasil, Micha revelou sua vontade de retornar:
“Querer voltar eu quero todo dia, mas tenho um contrato a cumprir e sou profissional acima de tudo. O cara que fala pra mim que morar fora é bom. Respeito a opinião de cada um, mas o Brasil é Brasil“, revelou ao GE.
