Zagueiro vem sendo um dos destaques do Verdão
Na tarde desta sexta-feira (18), na sede da CBF, no Rio de Janeiro, Ramon Menezes anunciou os 23 atletas convocados para a Seleção Brasileira Pré-Olímpica. A partir disso, quem apareceu na lista de convocação foi Lucas Halter, zagueiro do Goiás.
Aos 23 anos, o defensor vem se destacando na equipe goiana. Inclusive, na rodada passada do Brasileirão, marcou o gol da vitória sobre o América-MG. Dessa fora, apareceu na ‘Seleção da rodada’ do SofaScore. Em resumo, em 2017, o zagueiro foi convocado pela Seleção Brasileira Sub-17 para disputar o Campeonato Sul-Americano da categoria.
Na ocasião, a Canarinho conseguiu o título do torneio. Em seguida, defendendo as cores do Goiás desde julho de 2022, Lucas Halter participou de 55 jogos pelo clube, balançando cinco vezes as redes adversárias, todos os gols foram marcados nesta temporada. A saber, o defensor chegou ao Esmeraldino por empréstimo junto ao Athletico-PR.
Em suma, Halter foi convocado para integrar o grupo brasileiro em dois amistosos contra a Seleção de Marrocos, que acontecerão nos dias 7 e 11 de setembro. Já os Jogos Pan-Americanos ocorrerão entre 20 de outubro e 5 de novembro, em Santiago, no Chile.

No encerramento da 20ª rodada do Brasileirão, na próxima segunda-feira (21), o Esmeraldino recebe o Athletico-PR, às 20h, no Estádio Hailé Pinheiro, em Goiânia. No entanto, por pertencer ao clube paranaense, Lucas Halter não poderá entrar em campo. Em resumo, o Goiás terminou o 1º turno do campeonato na 15ª colocação, com 22 pontos. Enquanto isso, em 6º lugar, o Furacão somou 31 pontos na primeira parte do torneio.
