Exclusivo! Paulo Rogério Pinheiro responde sobre situação de Palacios e revela destino do valor que Goiás receberá da Liga Forte Futebol: “ficará para o próximo presidente decidir”

Em conversa exclusiva com o repórter André Rodrigues, das Feras do Esporte, o presidente do Goiás comentou sobre a quantia que o clube receberá a partir do acordo de direitos de transmissão que a Liga Forte Futebol (LFF) fechou. Com isso, Paulo Rogério Pinheiro declarou que o valor ficará no caixa do clube à disposição do próximo presidente eleito, que assumirá o Esmeraldino em 2024.
O atual presidente também falou a respeito da possível compra do meia argentino Julián Palacios, que pertence ao San Lorenzo, da Argentina. Além disso, Paulo Rogério também comentou sobre a reconstrução do departamento de base do Goiás. Confira todos os detalhes!

Paulo Rogério Pinheiro dá detalhes da negociação entre a Liga Forte Futebol e os clubes associados e atualiza sobre situação com a Prefeitura de Goiânia
“ Os clubes já receberam 10% do valor acordado no meio do ano. Então, esse dinheiro entrou, se não me engano, no início de setembro. Em relação ao que foi acordado e assinado na última terça-feira (31), ainda não entrou nada na conta de Goiás. Além disso, acho que não deverá entrar ainda nesta semana. Entretanto, este dinheiro ficará por conta do próximo presidente. Essa quantia deveria ter entrado em junho. Em resumo, a primeira parcela seria em junho, a segunda, em dezembro e, por fim, a terceira em junho de 2024.
Dessa forma, agora, ficou repactuado para recebermos mais 20% neste mês de novembro e, depois, outra quantidade em dezembro, e o restante em julho do ano que vem. Não tem como aplicarmos o dinheiro no futebol de momento, já que nós não podemos fazer contratações, não podemos fazer nada. Portanto, o valor ficará no caixa do clube, vai ser aplicado. Independente desse dinheiro, o Goiás conseguirá pagar normalmente. todas as suas contas em dia até o final do ano. A saber, os bloqueios impostos pela Prefeitura de Goiânia já foram acordados e já vêm sendo todos desbloqueados integralmente.
Não é de um dia para a noite, mas já conseguimos desbloquear todo o excedente e a parte do que era o valor devido à Prefeitura. Lembrando que isso é da gestão 2020. Não se trata da gestão de 2021-2023. Já tem uma lei nova, cuja determinação isenta os clubes de pagar IPTU. Inclusive, aderimos na última terça-feira (31) ao Refis dos clubes de futebol. Com isso, o Goiás não vai passar por nenhum aperto financeiro no final do ano, independentemente desse dinheiro da Liga Forte Futebol. Basicamente, esse dinheiro ficará por conta do próximo presidente.”

“ Primeiramente, nós temos que começar a pagar o Morelli. Além disso, temos até o dia 31 de dezembro para definir a situação do Palacios no clube, se nós ficaremos com ele, se pode ser parcelado ou à vista. Temos que decidir se ficaremos com ele ainda neste ano, na minha gestão. E se ficarmos, temos que decidir se pagaríamos à vista ou não. Não sei o que pensa o presidente do conselho deliberativo que estará no Goiás no ano que vem.
Assim, eu não posso comprar o Palacios sem autorização do conselho fiscal e do conselho deliberativo devido ao estatuto do clube. Dessa maneira, o valor que receberemos pode ser usado nisso. Nós estamos reconstruindo todos os departamentos de base, que vai ser apresentada à torcida e aos sócios conselheiros. Vocês não têm noção de como era nosso departamento de base. Isso vem nos custando R$ 1,4 milhão, fora o campo 4, no qual estamos investindo R$ 500 mil. No entanto, todo o dinheiro ficará para o próximo presidente, e ele decidirá como será aplicado. Espero que bem, já que se trata de uma quantia vultuosa.
Não pode achar que é porque tem muito dinheiro que pode gastar de qualquer jeito. Assim, corre o risco de fazer o que algumas gestões fizeram. Por fim, lembrando que temos ainda R$ 500 mil bloqueados da ação da antiga patrocinadora de material esportivo após rescisão unilateral que o Goiás fez em 2016. Perdemos em primeiras instâncias, perdemos no Tribunal e, com isso, recorremos ao STJ. A saber, temos um sério risco de perder essa ação e, mesmo antes de perder, nós temos mais R$ 4,9 milhões bloqueados nas nossas contas.”
