Nesta quarta-feira (9), pela 37ª rodada do Brasileirão, o Goiás visitou o Fluminense. Assim, no Maracanã, com dois jogadores a menos, o Esmeraldino perdeu para o Tricolor por 3 x 0. 1º tempo
Logo no primeiro minuto, em contra-ataque, Pedro Raul conseguiu limpar o primeiro marcador, mas, na sequência, chutou travado por Alexsander. A primeira chegada foi do Goiás, mas, na sequência, aos 4’, o Fluminense respondeu. Yago finalizou bem, e Tadeu fez a defesa. Em seguida, aos 6’, Arias bateu forte, e o goleiro esmeraldino, mais uma vez, espalmou.
Com isso, o Tricolor pressionou o time goiano. Depois, aos 16’, Pedro Raul bateu da entrada da área, e Fábio segurou. Após boa jogada, Ganso tocou para Yago, que chutou forte e levou perigo à meta esmeraldina, aos 28’. Mesmo com boas oportunidades, a primeira etapa terminou em 0 x 0.
2º tempo
No primeiro minuto, depois de escanteio cobrado por Fellipe Bastos, Pedro Raul desviou de cabeça e quase inaugurou o marcador no Maracanã. Aos 6’, Dadá Belmonte foi expulso após chegada forte em Ganso. Em resumo, a partida começou bem truncada no 2º tempo. Aos 14’, de muito longe, Fellipe Bastos cobrou falta, mas mandou à direita de Fábio.
Com um bom volume de jogo, o Tricolor construía bem os ataques, entretanto, na hora conclusão, não conseguia ser certeiro nos chutes. No entanto, isso mudou aos 32’. Matheus Martins cruzou da direita, e Germán Cano, de cabeça, mandou para o fundo das redes.
