Atlético-GO acerta empréstimo de zagueiro do Botafogo
O zagueiro Klaus chega por empréstimo até o fim da temporada
Com a saída de Édson Felipe e Noga, além da baixa de Ramon, que não atua mais nesta temporada, o Atlético-GO busca repor peças no setor defensivo. Assim, o Dragão já contratou o zagueiro Camutanga, o volante Willian Maranhão e o atacante Ricardinho. Agora, o Rubro Negro Goiano acerta o empréstimo do defensor Klaus, do Botafogo. Ainda assim, o jogador havia sido monitorado pelo Molenbeek, da Bélgica, que pertence ao investidor John Textor, porém preferiu a permanência no futebol brasileiro.
No Botafogo, Klaus chegou em janeiro deste ano e tem contrato até dezembro de 2023. Sem espaço no plantel de Luís Castro, o zagueiro, de 28 anos, teve pouca oportunidade e atuou como titular em apenas uma partida. Na ocasião, o defensor entrou em campo contra o Internacional, no Beira Rio, pela 13ª rodada do Brasileirão Série A. Após isso, participou de mais dois jogos com a camisa do Alvinegro. O novo reforço do Atlético-GO chega em Goiânia para realização de exames e assinar até o fim da temporada, nesta segunda-feira (25).

Revelado pelo Juventude em 2017, Klaus chegou ao Internacional. Pelo Inter, o zagueiro atuou em 46 jogos pelo profissional e marcou cinco gols. Além disso, jogou uma partida pelo Sub-23 do Colorado. Após isso, o defensor chegou ao Ceará, onde entrou em campo 39 vezes e três vezes pelo Sub-23. Contratado em janeiro pelo Botafogo, o jogador disputou três partidas.

A saber, o Atlético-GO entra em campo contra o Corinthians, na quarta-feira (27), às 21h30 (horário de Brasília), pelo jogo de ida das quartas de finais da Copa do Brasil. Após isso, o Dragão visita o Flamengo, no sábado (30), às 20h30 (todos nos horário de Brasília).
