Em entrevista coletiva, o goleiro Georgemy comentou sobre a possibilidade de seguir no Vila Nova. Atleta tem contrato até o fim de 2022, porém é alvo de muitas sondagens.
Contou sobre seu sonho de ir para a Europa e proposta que chegou no meio do ano de 2021 para uma saída:
“Eu tenho sonhos de ir para a Europa, fazer uma carreira lá fora. Então eu tenho contrato com o Vila Nova, já tinha falado que só saio daqui com o clube sendo valorizado, pela gratidão que eu tenho pelo clube. Eu confirmo que tive uma proposta de Portugal no meio do ano, os valores foram bons para o clube, mas não foram bons para mim, a gente teve que fazer um balanço e tomamos a decisão de não aceitar”.
Georgemy ainda comentou que já recebeu mais ligações com sondagens, mas quer honrar e valorizar tudo o que o clube fez por ele.
“Eu vou aguardar, tenho contrato com o Vila Nova, recebi algumas ligações, mas nada certo. Se acontecer de eu seguir meu sonho, ir para Europa, algo do tipo, vou conversar com o Vila Nova e valorizar tudo o que fizeram por mim”, contou o goleiro.
