Na noite desta quarta-feira (04/12), o Atlético-GO superou o Fortaleza por 3 a 1, em uma virada emocionante no Estádio Antônio Accioly, diante de 3.157 torcedores. A partida, válida pela penúltima rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro da Série A, teve momentos de muita tensão e reviravoltas.
O jogo começou favorável para o Fortaleza, que abriu o placar aos 11 minutos, quando Cardona balançou as redes. Porém, o Atlético-GO não demorou a reagir e empatou com Derek, aos 20 minutos. A partida seguiu equilibrada, mas foi na segunda etapa que o time da casa mostrou sua força. Aos 33 minutos, Janderson fez o gol da virada, e aos 39, Alejo Cruz selou a vitória com um terceiro gol, garantindo os três pontos para o Atlético-GO.
