O Atlético-GO confirmou oficialmente que o goleiro Pedro Rangel, vinculado ao Fluminense, permanecerá no clube por mais uma temporada. O contrato de empréstimo do atleta foi renovado, garantindo sua continuidade no Dragão até o final de 2025.
Formado nas categorias de base do Fluminense, Pedro Rangel teve poucas oportunidades na equipe principal. Pelo time profissional, disputou sete partidas e sofreu 11 gols, sem conseguir firmar-se como uma opção de confiança para o gol tricolor. Sua última atuação foi em setembro de 2023, quando o Flu foi derrotado por 3 a 0 pelo Cuiabá, na Arena Pantanal, em jogo válido pelo Campeonato Brasileiro.
