A respeito da permanência no clube, Allan citou uma cláusula de renovação automática presente no contrato e afirmou: ” Eu acredito que a minha permanência vai acontecer e fundamentalmente ela será embasada encima daquilo que eu penso que a gente pode conseguir e também em relação ao que o clube pensa que pode chegar. São esses detalhes que a gente está alinhas, mas vem sendo muito produtivas as conversas.”
Na entrevista, o treinador falou sobre as metas que vêm sendo desenhadas junto a diretoria para a próxima temporada do Vila. Para o próximo ano, Allan Aal afirma que pretende evitar correr riscos e para isso, são necessárias mudanças na preparação da equipe.
“O fato de correr risco tem que ser totalmente ou quase totalmente afastado e para isso a gente vai precisar ter investimento, algumas mudanças e um começo de temporada muito consistente na questão de preparação. A gente sabe da responsabilidade da expectativa que é um campeonato estadual, mas ao mesmo tempo, a gente também tem que pensar a médio e a longo prazo, não abrindo mão do que o torcedor anseia.” afirmou o treinador do Vila Nova.
